    Top 50 Franchises in the world

    I thought this was interesting. 5 of the top 10 are restaurants/coffee shops with a further 2 being food/convenience stores. I thought McD would be at the top but I read recently about their sales and market share taking a big hit.

      Theres an empty space a few blocks from me and I want to open up a Panda Express in there so bad I just know it would make a killing

          Will you get many more customers because of the Panda Express name? I prefer mom and pop type chinese food places. If the food is good, people will come back even if they can't pronounce the name of the place.

                          You could be right. It was meant to be a European list but lots of North American, Asian and other regions showing so I thought it maybe world rankings?

                              Yes, I own 9 of what he said below, 3 of them also have a Spar concession too. I am 1 week away from opening my first Costa franchise too, with another 2 in the pipeline for 2015 and more to follow that.
