best way to scrape emails from html page? (LEGIT reason)

I have 3000 users on a mailing list via a website that is no linger functioning (notifylist.com).

I'd like to somehow get those emails into a new newsletter system.

Even though I can't send to these users, I *can* log in to notifylist and see 100 names/emails at time. (so 30 pages worth.)

Is there a better way to grab all the emails without cutting and pasting 3000 times!?!

Elistpro you can extract from multiple files at once. Sounds like you are gonna have to save 30 files locally

I am in the UK, but I think that would be against US CAN-SPAM. It is certainly against UK spam law.

I doubt it. These are members of my mailing list. I simply cannot use the old newslettter system to send them mail. They all double-opted in to my list originally.

(and when I add them to a new list, it will give them the option of opting out, as well)
