Good point.
Food Trucks do not provide client sanitation facilities.
Are they being cited or is this only for those giving food away?
Does this mean a restaurant can not provide samples at other then there fixed location?
Does this mean a food bank or the USDA's snap program is in violation for distributing food with out providing these facilities?
