All this we agree with
When he returned after his Thai holiday, he was more constructive & less defensive. Although within weeks fell back into the old routine, insulting people, acting like a complete idiot, a person you wouldn't want to know.
It's a mental state, lack of attention when a youth or maybe, as you say, he may have been bullied. A shame he can't just hold on to his thoughts & enjoy the people around him.
As you say, Damian gives some fantastic suggestions regarding marketing or design. Maybe when he returns, he can speak a little nicer to people, it costs nothing & is much more pleasing to everyone than being high on ego indulgence.
