    Has it been confirmed they have actually changed hands? I am just getting very wary of all this. If I actually get my payout a little less so, but I'm very worried they are just stringing me along for my sales.

    This is especially frustrating since it occurred right after my sites biggest month- and instead of growing the company its getting stagnant since I don't want to release fresh content if I'm never gonna see the money.

                Not worried at all, there definitely are enough disgruntled webmasters who were more than capable of realizing Zombaio was a bad business proposition.

                Hate to give you a dose of reality, Zombaio failing had nothing to do with me and everything to do with the owners shady, unethical and down right criminal behavior. If your head wasn't so far up their ass as a "fan boy cheerleader" , you might be able to interpret that.

                    Seems the proper thing to do in this situation is to pay the money you owe and then set future usage terms. This email comes off as a thinly disguised threat. Not cool.

                        Guys, to those owed money I do have good news. When they said they definitively sent out two days ago, they weren't blowing smoke.

                        I was dumbfounded to see the money there as of today. Took too long, but there it is. They owe me two payments still, but I believe are only one behind currently. However this was a very large payout and what I was most worried about as it was 9000 out of the 20k I mentioned.

                        Thats not to say I am at all pleased with the situation as a whole though. It is really unprofessional to have people waiting for money and sitting on the edge of their seats. And then giving very terse answers to very valid questions. Every answer except the one that gave me the confirmation the money out was really lacking. At a time like this something as simple as real human contact can go a long way in making someone feel better about the situation.

                        Poor situation but wanted to give some of you all hope.

                                    Has anyone logged into Zombaio today? New back end, service agreement, etc...

                                    Again, It seems like for whatever reason some of you want them to fail, or to be scammers.. when I really just don't think they are. I think they're poorly run, and that in itself is reason enough for people not to make them a primary biller, but why see how this pans out before everyone goes off the deep end claiming that it a lie and part of some elbaorte scheme to get pepole to send them money before disappearing. Like I've said for months, it's stupid to cancel rebills with them because they do pay. late, but they do pay. And its stupid for anyone to rely soley on them because they do pay late.

                                        What are you going to do if all of us get paid and zombaio actually starts paying on time, you seem to have decide that they're a failed company run by scammers and that anyone who doesn't share your rage is a "fan boy cheerleader" when I think the majority of people would simply prefer them getting their shit together. What are you going to do if that happens? You've spent a good... 6 months posting way more than even current merchants about Zombaio.. if they get their shit together are you going to admit you were wrong?

                                                Wrong , I have not been paid , camdough has not been paid . They have stolen from a lot of people so DO NOT say they pay , but just pay late . That is false. There is many people they have stolen from . I was promised MY reserves over 5 times with the last time was to be paid in october , This is over 6 months late from when I should have been payed them . They are not coming .The reason they will not be paid is because Zombaio stole my money .

                                                    I'm not current but I've been paid, I'm maybe a month behind or so. If they stole your money why aren't you going after them instead of complaining about it here? My issue with zombaio is realibility, if they'd actually ever stopped paying me and I believe they've stolen my money the last thing I'd be worried about is trashing them on a message board.

                                                            The new interface is not working for me. I cant get access to Payouts Report. I hope that they are still working on it.

I keep posting here because people like you keep saying they just pay late which is False ..get it? So I should not post on a message board and let other people know Zombaio is thieves ?                                                                     I haven't read their new agreement they make you sign before logging in to the new interface but briefly scrolling through it:

                                                                    They're charging 5% extra fee on processing of rebills.

                                                                    Personally, I don't care as long as they pay out but I thought it was worth mentioning.

                                                                            Just so everyone knows, their new agreement they force you to sign explicitly states:
                                                                            "Zombaio will not be held responsible for any reserve or outstanding balances in the unlikely event of bankruptcy"

                                                                            Also, their new terms state they can terminate your account at a 1.5% chargeback rate. While at the same time later on stating they will charge additional fees if you have a chargeback ratio of above 2%.

                                                                            Their chargeback calculation specifically states 4 weeks / number of chargebacks. The same thing their old agreement said yet they actually calculated it by 4 weeks / number of chargebacks and 4 weeks / amount of chargebacks to double your chargeback rate.

                                                                                I guess I just wouldn't handle it the same way as you guys... if it wasn't worth me going after them. I honestly would stop careing. It does nobody any good for Zombaio to go out of business, it doesn't help the industry, doesn't help any who they owe money. In my experience they have paid, they've paid late, but they've paid. You not getting your money doesn't change the fact that many of us have been, late, but paid. I know nothing about your account, why you weren't paid when so many of us are. So I don't know what to tell you, I just think IF they stole your money and this was somethign that important to you you'd make an effort to get your money.. I would have. Cawen Group or whatever the old owners were, did you ever contact them?

                                                                                        I'm still hesitant to sign anything until I start getting my old payouts.

                                                                                        I'm hoping for the best - I would actually put Z back into my billers list if they caught up on the late payments (Right now they owe me about 30% of what they owed me 6 months ago, so if they wanted to steal my money right now is kind of a bad time to do it).

                                                                                        Problem is their new terms are a little fishy and there's a slight mystery to when their old payouts are going to be paid out. They say after a month if not paid out they'll start adding interest to them. So what? Give us a proper date range. For all we know they'll be paying interest on debt for 10 years and never pay.

                                                                                        Their problem isn't necessarily late payments/technical issues - it's their lack of transparency and communication. If I worked for the company people would be a lot more at ease, assuming they're not doing anything... fishy...

Lots of different dates , the last I was told was October . Nothing in October . Communications have been much better recently, let's just be patient for a little while longer while they get themselves properly organized and update us.

                                                                                                This wasn't a wordpress theme update and I didn't notice any service outage so

                                                                                                        gracias, I found em there. I had screenshots of the old admin saved to my comp anyways but it felt pretty unsettling when they initially appeared to be absent in the new admin.

                                                                                                                    Reserve report shows a total amount of unsettled transactions. Im running a company and I have to pay taxes every month. Thats why I need to have access to the list of all payouts sorted chronologically. I hope that they will fix it.

In the morning I had in the unsettled transactions like 40% of my money and now I have 80% (they still not counted the last pay period that ended today).

                                                                                                                            nope, I have a payout missing as well. I only have two outstanding payouts on that account, one of which is reflected in the admin panel while the other is not. For now I'm going to assume that's because the one not counted in my admin has actually been sent out (as both are overdue, shocking I know) , but I do plan on contacting support on Monday about the payout that's missing from the 'unsettled transactions' section.

The fact that they sold the business means the last owners failed, period. They also cause irreparable harm to alot of webmasters due to either their greed, bad money management or criminal behavior, you decide.

                                                                                                                                Alot of people would have preferred for the company to be run correctly and honestly, but they weren't and now people are wondering if they are going to get paid and where is their reserve money? Are you going to pay them?

                                                                                                                                Sorry Zombaio was a bad business proposition nothing will change that, stop trying to save $1200 dollars in mc/visa fees and get with a reputable processor, then you wont have to wish and hope you get paid.

                                                                                                                                Whether or not the new owners succeeded is anybody's guess, but I think when they start to inform people that, it was the last owner that owes them money not us...The Zombaio Tradition will continue

They told me they would issue a statement on Monday (today) about when old payouts would be paid out. So lets see what happens.
