Guys, to those owed money I do have good news. When they said they definitively sent out two days ago, they weren't blowing smoke.
I was dumbfounded to see the money there as of today. Took too long, but there it is. They owe me two payments still, but I believe are only one behind currently. However this was a very large payout and what I was most worried about as it was 9000 out of the 20k I mentioned.
Thats not to say I am at all pleased with the situation as a whole though. It is really unprofessional to have people waiting for money and sitting on the edge of their seats. And then giving very terse answers to very valid questions. Every answer except the one that gave me the confirmation the money out was really lacking. At a time like this something as simple as real human contact can go a long way in making someone feel better about the situation.
Poor situation but wanted to give some of you all hope.
