Malibu took like 55 buck son the cheap shit , the other two on super filled up at around 80 or so bucks....

Goes into the biz expense column.... but its getting out of hand

About $USD1.45/L in Australia.

Strangely enough about 8-10 years ago the LOCAL price was about half but converted to USD it was actually about $1.60/L because of the exchange rate at the time. USD-AUD was about 1:2 at that time, it's now very near parity.

Same. 2 litre BMW Z4 cost me £50.50 to fill up last night. Last time I filled up it cost me £47. Crazy how much a tank of petrol has risen in the 3 weeks since I filled up last.

I never found personal fuel costs to be a big deal at all... $1/L, $2/L, it's all pretty negligible to me at the end of the month or even year... Where it really pisses me off is the hike in plane tickets!

Every time I fill up my 3.5 litre bimmer I think of getting either a 4 litre V8 or an M5 instead. Fuck it, might as well get some real performance for all those $$$.

Thing with America though is that it was BUILT on roads and personal transport. There is not bus lines, or train lines, or any other public transport in most areas. Without a car or bike or horse, you BETTER be a good farmer with a bit of decent land or you're fucked.
