Quality over quantity for me. Can't even count the amount of HP, Dell, Sony laptop and PC's I've blown through. Shit quality.
Software (Windows) not optimized to work with the hardware....so in a few years you have a laggy POS. I ran a 1200 user Exchange/Active Directory environment for 6 years. So I think I know my shit.
Even custom built can't match the tight hardware/software integration that Apple provides.
To each his own. But I usually find that hte people who are anti-Mac have never used one for more than a week.
I'm happily typing this from my brand new Macbook Pro Retina 15". My 10 year old 15 inch Macbook Pro is still to this day being used flawlessly by my niece and my sister has my 2008 Macbook Pro Unibody.
Still working flawlessly. How many PC/Windows based shitty laptops can you say that about?
