                                                      I did not say "free when you're owed $200," The first thing is in order to qualify for the free Epassporte card is you must make at least $200 in sales. its simple, does it confuse you?

                                                      They did not promise that the whole deal is FREE. Its business, again you make 200 bucks, you get free epass card.
