At 3:30 PM I had a delicious filet of salmon, skin on. I baked it. Had a side of green beans and a sugar-free red bull. Afterwards I used the restroom, I was hoping to have a bowel movement because I am quite gassy today but unfortunately nothing happened. Will try again later tonight after dinner.
