    Today at 12:00

    ...I have to go in for a heart stress test and then again at 8:45 in the morning. I was not allowed to have any coffee today until after the test. I think I am having a caffeine withdrawal...as I usually have downed a pot by this time in the morning.

          I woke up at 7 AM this morning, as usual. I laid in bed for 20 minutes to stretch out my back. I then had a maple and brown sugar pop tart, something different from my usual oatmeal but I thought it sounded nice. I proceeded to take a shit, it was nasty as before bed last night I had a beer, a shot of whiskey, and a fiber rich brownie. My shower was invigorating, I had it very hot, and my straight razor shave was luxurious. After drying off I proceeded to slip into my favorite pair of dark jeans, ocean blue long sleeve shirt, and University of Texas ball cap. Soon I will have my afternoon sugar-free red bull as a snack and then a nice salmon fillet with green beans.

          Stay tuned for my evening report. I feel a grumbler coming on.
