    Will you be going to disney world this summer?

    Just out of curiosity ..

    With the economy the way it is now...


    Do you think the average american will take their family to disney land or disney world this summer season as a vacation?

    I figure the usd being so low.. I figure it just makes more sence to stay in the country rather than going elsewhere in the world!

              Actually I take that comment back...

              People seem to put a lot of importance on family vacations once they are planned.. and often the family plans far ahead in advance...

              I think the average American family the furthest they go outside of their country is Mexico....

              I dont know many American's my age that have been anywhere in Europe.. or Asia or Etc.. Let alone for a family vacation..

                              We go for a week every year. This will by far be the cheapest package price with the most days in the park and meals and what not. We're going a bit later (October) to beat the heat, as we'll be taking a 3 month old.

                                      I have a few friends that work at Disneyland/DisneyWorld, I get in FREE and $47 a night for Disney hotels
                                      Disneyland is 45 minute drive and DisneyWorld round trip looks like $800 for Delta from LAX (Los Angeles) to MCO (Orlando)
