Ok, I'm in the minority here. That is a classic Tom Waits song and I love Waits. I think she kind of catches the heart of the song and hits the right note. Her record is all covers of Waits songs and I haven't heard any others from it so I don't know if they are any good or not, but I think this is pretty good. She isn't classically good singer nor does she have a great voice, but there is something to it that is effective.
