It's FEDERAL. The most he can reduce his time by is around 10% of his sentence. So he'll be in prison for at least 22 years. So basiclly a life sentence for him.

He took $300 million. The judge told him that they'd reduce his sentence 1 month for every $1 million dollars he returns to the victims. If he pays them all back, he could be out next week, but I don't think that's going to happen.

Interesting clause by the judge there buying freedom for 1 million per month ... 25 years @ 1 million per month get out of jail free card = $300 Million. Will be interesting to see if he pays back anything. IF and that would be a big IF he was smart with the $300 Million and he was able to make it into more than 300 mil, he could pay it all back and still have a nice chunk left over. If that was the case then technically he could pay back the money that he stole, he profits the amount he has left over (which are basically profits from crime), and not serve very much time at all. OR He blew all or most of it and is going to rot in federal pound him in the ass prison.
