Although physiologically the brain is not a muscle as such - it does display a number of significant traits that are shared by muscles - the first being that it needs regular excercise in order to stay "in shape"

I've backpacked through over 20 countries and Australians are universally liked... presumably because of our easy going nature. The only time I ever experienced hostility was when people thought I was an American.
