I have a blog up for sale.

It is a PR2. Gets about 600 uniques a day. Some from link trades some from search engines.
The site was ranked number 1 on google for the term squirting but isnt anymore. Right now its on page 5 for that term. This month so far there are 389 different key phrases that have come from search engines.
The site doesnt get as many sales as it used to. Gets a couple a month now. The best month was about 4-5 months ago where I made about $700. Hosting is shared right now which has worked fine. $10 a month through host gator.
I still update the site periodically.
You will get a zip file with the wordpress database and the files. You are responsible for changing link codes.
Someone that has time to update this site more often could probably get it ranked on the top page again pretty easily.
