Just another useless table. How do they measure it? I'll just show you an example. Right a hour ago my wife went to the clinic for a thyroid ultrasound (she hasn't back yet). The clinic is located only two blocks away from the place we live at and the price of of this procedure is... ZERO (0 rubles/dollars).
Why has she want there? Just because a couple of weeks ago she's got a full medical examination (guess the price of it? yes, it's also 0). That examination includes chest X-ray, electrocardiogram, gynecology + various urine and blood tests (biochemistry, hormones, tumor markers, viruses etc). Her doctor decided that the thyroid hormones are a bit outstanding so she does ultrasound right now.
Now what I actually wanted to say. According to the table from the OP's post, there are lots of countries with a "better" medicine. But why it is better? For example there are many GFY members from various counties. Guys, please tell me when exactly you or your relatives have done the most recent full medical examination and how much have you paid for it? As I said above, my wife did it about two weeks ago and it (the examination) still continues. The total price for all is 0.
P.S. My country is the last one in that table.
