Just watch out for this guy if you are promoting him, make sure he doesn't adjust your payout rate for a few days a month and then knock it back to what it should be once he's pocketed a little extra cash.

I've said for years that there should be notification via email to the affiliate from CCBill when any of the payout conditions etc have been changed. It's never been implemented as far as I am aware.
