There are a few scumbag programs that quietly make the % uselessly small. They are uniformly all run by people who feel psychotically entitled and think they are somehow more virtuous than everyone else in online adult, even though they are thieves, reneging on the promise to pay on sales in return for affiliates' hard work.
I kinds wish CCBill would email like 10 times when a crooked program owner make a change like that.
