I just want to give kudos to xavi - he is the owner of Camflowcash - also known as Eventosgv - one and the same - and we're trying to get this all up and running, and as anyone can attest, doing upstarts are often not fun and always a ton of very hard and tedious work!
xavi has not only been so very professional, but he's been digging in and working right along beside me, his design team is top notch and this whole team is so tight and warm - I can't think of another person in the industry that I'd rather work for at this time!!
xavi - I know we have a long ways to go - but I wanted to just let people know just how very much I respect and care about you - the hard work you have put in, the fact that no matter what, you are PRESENT - you give your team wiggle room like no one else I've seen - you allow ideas, creative thinking - warmth when we do well and strength when we need it - you, my friend, are the epitome of a great boss and professional!! Never leading with an iron fist, but always the leader!
Thanks so much, for giving me and this team the opportunity to not only know you, but giving us a job that we can be proud of and the confidence to get it upstarted the way it SHOULD be!
I know there are still some naysayers but that's ok too, you make up an important part of life to - you give us challenges and hurdles to make us stronger as well -
and all of you here at GFY who have made mistakes and know what that is like and those that have never made a mistake but always make people be held accountable - you make those of us with imperfections strive to do better!!
