Proof of you showing no results at all, but in fact, only the opposite? Well, that will cost you $2500 via paypal, my friend.

No the site isn't online - a parking page sites there. There is no file hosting.

You made a statement, now back it up - otherwise you can be banned.

a scam that has been going for over 2 years, and still not a single donator has come out complaining about it and wanting their money back.

        a) its not a scam
        b) grown, adult people running businesses are happy doing whatever they want with their money without evidence of result

        pick one.

Also, if it is a scam, surely AK knows about it so why keep telling him, spend your time finding people who have fallen for his scam and inform them about it.

I was actually quite happy in my own little corner of the Internet, when I started to hear rumours of someone using "upload & report" as a tactic against file hosts. I looked into it, and soon started to look at this campaign as a threat to free speech, a threat against two industries that have already suffered enough, and a threat to the Internet itself. And then AK reported me to the CyberTip line (NCMEC), without even bothering to report the video to me or my host (still wondering about that), even though I am more than willing to help fight child abuse in every possible way, and you know...

Why do you insist on posting the same dribble every time someone questions how donated funds are being spent.
            Proof of your donation?
Proof Adultking saved your content? or are you a attention seeking buffoon?

What evidence assurance does a donator have when their donated funds are used for business expenses? Business expenses is a broad term which could entail anything.

Donations ./. begging for money is a charity to support any financial burden the recipient deems fit. That includes purchasing a pack of cigarettes or a drink at the local pub. With that being said, how is there proof of legitimacy or scandal for anyone to complain about, buffoon.

I am not positive Adultking is a donation scammer. Speculation without tangible proof carries no weight.

With respect to the AdultIP donators, some may assume those donators are gullible and naive. Counter arguments against them being gullible and naive with facts that some may own successful businesses, so how can that be possible? Most educated wealthy people have absolutely no common sense or lack of. Some are raised with a trusting heart completely unaware what is taking place.

I've witnessed educated men confident they're to date a ficticious person on a dating website that's using stolen Aria Giovanni content in their profile, gullible, naive people.

A donator should expect a guarantee the recipient of the donation protects their interests, not Manwin/Mindgeek properties. This raises the accountability of how donations are being spent.

Yet you speculate in this thread continuously, knowing nothing about our operation yet making insinuations and accusations continuously - which are always proven to be completely wrong.

You are not a contributor, nor are you a supporter or in any other way involved, so what right do you have to question anything about our organisation ?

UltraMegaBit.com / Uploadto.us are still busy stealing from adult content producers.

We're far from done with this criminal operation, we'll keep putting pressure on them until they close.

The main reason is because I feel you're full of it and full of yourself. Everyone is not gullible and naive, Bob.

If Mr. Damian Jennings, Nuke Piracy, the countless others including myself discouraged only one person from donating, then we've made progress. Furthermore, don't you think it's odd that a large percentage of the webmasters on these forums bypass this channel?

                          Carry on, Bob.

Ten months ago Plugrush agreed to a solution to combat piracy, especially from sites linking to file lockers, on their network.

                            http://gfy.com/showpost.php?p=19863366&postcount=191

After 8 months of no reply to our initial reports to them they have refused to take action.

Therefore commencing this week, we shall begin a graduated course of action to deal with them.

We would have preferred that they kept to their word, however as they haven't we have no choice but to consider them as an ad network deliberately harbouring pirate sites.

I am going to depart from my normal response to this question, because it's one worth making clear.

Over the past year both Rapidgator and Uploaded have been deprived of merchant accounts, however because they have huge resources, when one is knocked out they have another ready to go.

Small to medium file lockers have less resources which means when they are deprived of one or more merchant accounts it becomes fatal or near fatal for them.

Uploaded and Rapidgator are both targets, in fact every illegal file locker is a target. Some of them just take longer to deal with.

We are still targeting Keep2Share resellers while the site is still deprived of funds from their acquiring bank. We're going to start turning the screws on Keep2Share a little tighter with some pressure on their various web hosting arrangements.

Paxum are handling payments for file lockers, lots of them, through VIP-KEYS.COM.

This has been raised with Paxum 17 days ago, however nothing has been done.

As it stands the only two contacts we have at Paxum are both sales reps - which is a conflicting role with risk management. We have never been made aware of a risk management team within Paxum so our assumption is they don't have one.

Paxum enforce very strict Know Your Customer rules, however have no idea what many of their customers are doing - because they don't do risk management, or if they do they don't seem to be effective.

It took almost two years to receive confirmation one Paxum account had been shut down, we received an email last week advising us that this was the case, however the fact is that confirmed shut down account can still receive funds.

Paxum made a promise two years ago not to handle file lockers, yet that was an empty promise, a PR stunt at the time the Stop File Lockers project had just started to get going.

Unfortunately much of that report is saying all of the same things I have been saying for over two years and others have been saying longer than that.

It is clear though that Visa and Mastercard need to become better at dealing with this problem.

In other news, we have shut down credit card processing for a new file locker called IsaFile.com - we'll shut down Payza as well.

Certain resellers like VIP-KEYS are a problem, we can't even get Paxum to terminate their account.

New strategies for resellers have to be worked out.

We all know that Rapidgator is one of the largest file lockers on the net, with huge amounts of pirated content being shared and massive profits being made by the owners.

Content producers spend a fortune creating unique and valuable content that can be sold on their websites and those of their partners. They bring value to this industry which is greatly needed as there are less and less content producers churning out great content.

Through the affiliations with piracy forums, Rapidgator is infringing on big brands like Met Art, Passion HD, Babes and Really Useful.

If you are an affiliate of Met Art, Passion HD, Really Useful Cash or Babes then Rapidgator is also ripping you off.

                                                                            Here's some examples crawled today.

A lot of work has been put into producing the content above and it's far to valuable to allow it to be stolen by pirates.

Therefore beginning this week, we're going to be placing unprecedented pressure on Rapidgator with a continuous assault against their payment processing arrangements.

Rapidgator must go down, this eventuality is well overdue.

The owners of Rapidgator are involved in a criminal copyright infringement conspiracy and deal with the proceeds of this crime every day.

From now until Rapidgator is shut down we will be placing extreme pressure on the site and working with other organisations to bring Rapidgator to heel.

When a DMCA is sent to Rapidgator they receive and process it quickly, but then will leave the file up for 48 hours with a notice stating that the file will be removed due to DMCA and display a countdown timer.

They are basically saying, hurry up and download this before it's deleted

We agree with that conclusion, Mega is a haven of piracy that accepts Paypal and this needs to change.
