Best anti-spam software - For the love of god it must stop!

OK i get an insane amount of spam and cant take it anymore. I can't change my email addy and need a good anti-spam software. I tried one on a trial (cant rmember the name) and basically it passed the spam through and blocked the real emails.

so what do you use .. and do you like it?

I get about 600 per day and Mailwasher Pro makes it pretty easy to manage.

Hey Megan, Damn, you look good today ;)

I use AVG from grisoft.com and that does pretty well. I also spoke with Brad at Mojohost and he added some rules that cut down on what gets to my PC. I went from about 1.5k a day to a much more manageable amount.

yup asking your host to add some rules/software is the best way to handle it

I filter my mails through gmail and it is darn close to perfect + I only download the assumed good emails. Amazing amount of time saved.
