seriously... how fucking slow was that process. Why isn't there an option right at the beginning that says:
a) I am not a patient person, just skip to the end so we can get this done asap without you telling me about priority moments, how wonderful o2 refresh is, and yes I know it's unlimited minutes/texts that's why I chose that tariff instead of asking for details of it, trying to explain insurance to me which I already said I don't want, and by the way don't run 2 or more live chats at the same time so I have to wait a minute before each cut and paste response
b) I have fuck all to do today, please take 40 minutes dragging shit out
