I appreciate that you probably have a number of questions about specific accounts that you want answered, but as there is not really much more that I can say at this time, I would ask that you please hold these questions until you have read the official announcement in two weeks, at which time most things should become clear, and if they are not, I will attempt to clarify them for you personally.

Thank you for posting this here it is good for everyone who does not get these emails from Zombaio to have a chance to read it and see the on going problems that Zombaio has had and continues to struggle with .This will help new customers make smart decisions in the future to use zombaio or not as a processor .I think the wording of this letter as mentioned by JQ above really comes off as condescending almost as if we are not smart enough to understand .
The truth being here is we were told that the problems were caused by late payments to Zombaio and that is why we were receiving late payments . But why would you need a corporate restructure because you were receiving payments late from your bank and in turn paying your customers late ?
So here is the problem that will never go away . There are many people that have reserves in Zombaio and have not been paid these reserves . This is still stealing , change your % afterwards , change your pay dates afterwards but the money that you have kept in reserves that was owed to the customers before you made all the changes to get back on track and in 2 weeks all things will be perfect , the fact remains you owe people reserves that you have kept and not paid them . I am sure that you do not want to bore us with the details of what happened to our reserves but I would love to hear it .Yea as a matter of fact Mr T Anderson ...Bore the shit out of me PLEASE!!
