                      PR really isn't a big deal these days to be honest. With that said, a PR9 is really high, but not worth 20k/mn.

                                                  Lol 20k.I know plently of pr9 sites which charges only 300$ monthly.You can also get pr9 backlink on w3c for 1000$ yearly.I bought before there link for 100$ but it was not valid backlink so i practicly wasted 100$.
