Yes and a well funded terror group could get it together easily (within a decade) and we don't even know how they will advance between now and then.

I don't doubt that (although it may be difficult to determine what to blow up). I also suspect that it will be a mute point after millions have been vapourized.... where I come from it was referred to as "crying over spilt milk".
