Business Does anyone use a CRM to manage contacts

Does anyone use a good CRM system to manage communications with contacts etc? Any good recommendations?

I made my own program to manage it,but it does not support receiving e-mails or anything else,so basically i always copy paste, either mails,im convos,or live chat convos.

We use SugarCRM, but for something like that I would give a try to Zoho

Don;t have good rec but can say..
I really don't like zoho. Been using it for a few months. clearly made by non-US coders, not flexible enough.
