If it's real its still wrong and fucked up, if it happened to her it's prety fucked up but it's kinda wrong to place something like that on the web, perhaps filing and getting an attorney would be more constructive.
SO rather than believe it, it's easier to laugh at it because if it were real I seriously doubt the method to justice is posting about it on the internet. Which equals stupidity.

Also if you read the comments and read about the case before laughing here is a little something ot consider.
The case went to court. The girl was 15 which is below age of consent however her case was placed such that she was treated as 16 year as her b-day was 1 month away from the incident. Furthermore the girl had an ongoing sexual relationship with the guy.

So basically this girl is an attention whore or a stupid attention whore that feels it is OK to ruin a guys life by crying rape...

They had a consentual sexual relationship going on and the guy got a record on him for the rest of his life because of it.
Reason I am calling this video fake is this girl is over exagerated the situation and is getting pure attention for it. Maybe the event occured maybe it occured unlike anything she makes it out to be.

I hope you are being sarcastic, because actually it happens a lot. Here in holland there were several cases of ~16 year old girls claiming they were gangraped by up to 10 people. All cases/girls were not connected to eachother, just individual actions by them. Couple of months later there would be a small article on page 3 of the paper that she made it all up for attention. I think there were like 3 cases of this last year that made the paper, and every one of them appeared to be fake allegations by the girl, as a cry for attention.

If the chick fears there are other victims and that the man is a serial rapist, then I really think there are ways she could contact the other girls without having to go hang out in their neighborhood. It is not wholly unreasonable for law enforcement to tell her the other victims have to come forward and that she should ask them to do so.
The whole part where she is talking about living in poverty her whole life smacks of someone winding her up to have that specific complaint. around town here where i live there's a story that goes back to when my dad was in school. there was this little churchy girl, came from a prim and proper family. one weekend she went to a bush party and got loaded and wound up getting fucked by a couple of older guys. After a fucking year. The case was dropped. Like 30 years fucking later PEOPLE STILL TREAT THIS GUYS LIKE RAPISTS. Neither one ever got married, neither one really come sinto town much, they were still getting the shit kicked out of them years and years after the chick admitted it was bullshit. One little fucking bitch who didn't want to admit she had one dumb slut streak ruined their entire lives...

apparently the story floated around the net for a couple days, people found out who she was, looked into the case, and it has been discovered that not only does she NOT liv ein porverty, that she happily had a relationship with this guy for some time, and admitted to getting drunk and doing drugs with him several times prior. she has since removed her videos from the web and gone into hiding.

She carried on a long relationship with the guy and only claimed it was rape after her dad discovered pictures of him and her. She was a month from being 16 at which time it is fully legal to give consent - hence the reason the court thru out her complaint. She's just crying foul for attention and to direct any responsibility for her own actions on to somebody else. Do you guys remember what it was like being 16?
