I guess the real problem here was that sites sending traffic to them used scripts with 302 redirection. More than half of links pointing to their site are those with redirection, which is somewhat fishy to search engine bots. I suppose this is the main reason most of the TGP's lost their SERPS.

Add the fact that they suddenly lost 1/3 of their links couple of months ago, and the equation is clear...
