    Porn Tax - A Record Turnout

    SACRAMENTO ? In a larger than expected turnout Monday, especially for state legislators, 150 people from the adult entertainment industry showed up at the state Capital to voice their opposition to AB 2914, a bill sponsored by Assemblyman Charles Calderon (D-City of Industry) that would impose a 25% excise tax on all adult products in the state.

                      From reading the full article, it looks like it went very badly for the guy.

                      Good!

                      Now why did it go this far when he said he literally knows NOTHING about the industry? How valid is testimony when the people were cobbled together from someone who "knows nothing about the adult industry"?

                      God I'm surprised they didnt just laugh at him and vote NO right then and there..

Start intimidating p[olitians that want to build there carrerr by stomping on our industry let the world know this fuckers name and how he target's industries with increased taxation for his cronies pockets.

                                      No one in the fucking world pays 25% tax.

                                          NO idea but i saw this video yesterday and some girl from wicked was being interviewed some attorney chick or something i dunno. But the interviewer butchered her basically and at the same time this lady did not even talk about things that made sense.

                                          Some lady called in and said her under aged kid was addicted to porn and shit and all the Wicked Representive could come up with was there is no proof that Porn is bad for people.

                                          So what she basically said was it's OK for minors to view porn! When the correct answer was to humiliate the caller by saying that perhaps she should watch her kids that are infront of computers for fucks sakes.

                                          If thats the Kind of people we gonna have get in front of the camara for the industry we are fucking toast.
