I've been in and out of Thailand for 10 years and have come across that exact problem jscott. The bottom line is, your GF has dark skin and more times than not, an issaan girl with a falang IS a hooker. However, your bros WIFE should have an ID card with his name as her last name. That should have closed the case right there.

However, dark skin and what they may have been wearing (or saying) could give the appearance that they were hookers.

I've had the same thing happen to me. Though I will say that any time I have a Thai girl with white skin with me... no problems. A girl with dark skin or dressed in short shorts and flip flops... problems.

If they would have called my non-hooker GF a hooker (which is almost unheard of that they would even do), I would have knocked him the fuck out. Or was the staff falang? Either way, he would have been knocked out.

The best thing you can do is go to every site you can find that books hotels and allows reviews and write horrible reviews about them. Lie. Say you got crabs from their beds or they have a horrible roach and ant problem. Say whores were knocking at your doors and all hours of the night bothering you. Say the room smelled of urine. Give it the lowest rating you can give on every review site you can find.

I remember something about its perfectly fine to make a site like fuck(registeredtrademark).com and writing your experiences with the company as long as you don't profit from the site so don't do anything to make money of the site (ads).

paypalsucks.com was sued by paypal, and PAYPAL LOST. the judge said that they have a RIGHT to post their opinion, and even using the paypal symbol with the red circle and line.

The staff was 1 guy, a fag dude and should have been knocked out, I have been trying to give reviews but most of the so called hotel review sites dont even accept reviews, wierd, I've tried many, and anytime I come across anymore I'll definately drop a review

Let me get this straight. Someone in your party was insulted and perhaps treated in a manner not befitting who they are. You do not appreciate the insult and believe it is wrong, and you are demanding justice? But you call the guy a fag...and that is ok because?

Now as for the situation, take it in stride. Spending your time on every review site is not going to do one bit of damage to them. That is the way it is. The best you could do is try and do it in a civilized manner and skip the "I am going to go to the internet and destroy you" (everyone says that lol) Instead find out if it is a corporation, if it is, and you can't get an apology or refund from the hotel itself, find the corporate headquarters or find out if the hotel is under the umbrella of a parent corp. If so, contact them. The issue was relatively minor even though you think it was a great injustice.

On vacation at a well known resort in Mexico my husband, daughter and I were given a water bike that had been set aside because it was damaged. We go out on it in the roped in area and have then start having a hard time steering it so we head to shore, but then it becomes impossible to manouver, we end up over the roped in area on the coral in shallow water (one wheel was filling with water) and then a wave comes, we capsize. My young daughter became wedged underwater under the bike, my husband lands hard on the coral. End result is my daughter had a concussion and her entire head was covered in cuts from the coral. I tore the tendon in my ankle, tore up all the skin on one calf (still shows slight scarring) and my husband has permanent back injuries that still bother him from time to time. The bottoms of our feet were in shreds from the sharp corral and the staff would not even come out to rescue us in a kayak but told us to walk in. Young kids in a kayak came to our aid.

We had signed witness reports, we had video, we had signed medical documentation, photos etc. After about 6 months their parent corporation gave us $2K US as compensation. We had spent 10K on the 2 week vacation. Medical expenses at home for therapy, braces, and time off work over the years has costs us thousands more.

Count your blessings, and worry about the big shit in life, don't waste precious moments of your life on some guy in a hotel that will never have half the life you do. Life is short.

didn't read whole thread, but as far as I know, PayPalSucks.com was sued for trademark infringment and what not, but won the case because freedom of speech takes precedence over trade marks and defamation accusations.
