Yes that explains in easy terms how to add the ftp account and I understand that, What I cant find is the link on the home page that takes you were you start to add ftp accounts.

I'm thinking you may be under the wrong user access level. Check on the right side of the screen I believe and you should see the various access levels, such as reseller. Try going to a different one and see if it takes you to the proper level.

On mine its "user level" -> domain name -> ftp management ->create ftp acct

This is correct.

You don't mention what type of account or access level you have, but if you just have "User" level access check with your host as the package probably has a limit on FTP accounts, might come with one by default.

There should be a link above "Domain" to add new ones if they allowed it.
