    Yurizan cancels shoot before Penthouse

    Shooters be aware, this model is not serious...most likely will cancel on you.

    Had her booked a month back for a Premium shoot, full day, high end location, assistants, make up etc booked. Her "agent" calls the night before ..."emmm she got her period and doesnt want to work tomorrow, can we reschedule?"
    I have to call all my people and tell them sorry, and location beg and plead not to charge me if i promise to book soon again..

    Stupid as i was, i agree to reschedule as she was not technically a "no show"..
    Agent kept changing dates on the shoot, finally we got a date set. I send him email a week or so before just to make sure is ok since i dont want to waste my and my team's time..
    he then tells me that she is shooting for Penthouse the day after my shoot and therefore she cannot do my shoot as she has to be fully rested... i tell hm to GFY

    i dont have time for people like that and i cant stand their lack of professionalism and their lack of respect for others.

                              Ok shooters I have multi not so million penny website idea for someone.

                              Make a site that keeps track of models "periods".
                              Also ensure it has a profile to explain number of relatives and when they die.
                              Maybe keep track of car accidents as well just for score purposes and to know who to not ever ride with.

                                                                                                                                          rescheduled then after many emails back and forth to may 10th, and then i am told her doctors (apparently she needs more than one?) suggested the 10th could compromise things due to same reasons as first cancellation so may 17th was selected and recently i inquired to confirm and was informed she had to reschedule once again due to Penthouse shooting her the 18th..and she didnt want to be tired for that..

So all 10 girls we book know we are driving all the way to ohio just to shoot them. We have 10 different emails, 4 different phone numbers. Out of 10 ,2 showed up. Going to shoot a minor porn star in NC, the only reason we go to NC is to shoot her. I figure she is a real pro we are coming to her cant imagine her flaking. Well the night before was her birthday so we get a half assed story about someone at a hospital the day of the shoot.
                                                                                                                                                  Now we had been on the road for a week before this shoot and I had left my oldest dog with pet smart.They didnt take good care of him and as a result he died a month later.
                                                                                                                                                  If that bitch had been honest with me, I would of been home 3 days earlier and could of gotten him to the doctor sooner. There is a good chance he would still be alive. If I ran totally out of girls and she was my only option I would close the fucking site before I would shoot her.

                                                                                                                                                                          Just out of curiosity, but why doesn't someone begin an incentive/fee program for models?

                                                                                                                                                                          (round made up numbers here) and if a shoot pays 1,000.00 day if the model (or agency) puts up a "no-excuse" security deposit of say 50%, she can earn a bonus 35% (plus her deposit back) at the end of the successful shoot (or in this case $1850.00)


                                                                                                                                                                          They pull this shit because they can but if this type of system became an industry standard, it might cut back on some of the flakes - and any model who wouldn't want to earn the extra 35% should throw up all KINDS of red flags and you'd deserve what you got by ignoring them...

                                                                                                                                                                              That's why I gave up shooting, had 8 girls booked over a weekend, rented a wonderful place in Barcelona, got all the lighting shipped in and had make up girl waiting.
                                                                                                                                                                              1 fucking girl showed all weekend, and they were all local, excused were period, out all night and knackered, ill dog, fathers heart attack.
                                                                                                                                                                              Even sent cars for few of the girls to pick them up and they never came out of their houses.

                                                                                                                                                                                  US models and agents have always been the most flaky. I say the most as even UK and CZ ones can be a bit flaky.

                                                                                                                                                                                  Reasons.
                                                                                                                                                                                  Too many shooters chasing too few girls.
                                                                                                                                                                                  Too many shooters who are prepared to put up with this kind of behavior.
                                                                                                                                                                                  Too many jobs that pay better and does not get them put on every free site their brother and his friends check out every day.

                                                                                                                                                                                  As a shooter if I had the selection of clients who put up with a shit attitude, were always prepared to swallow it and had jobs that paid better I too would be as bad as them.
