Because you're highly intelligent and an alternative thinker, I agree with you, that it's just a theory and his whole thing is about theories, understanding the world, taking positions etc.
However, 99% of people are not like you - they are mainstream and they take the popular view and are too indoctrinated to consider something that isn't in that realm. I guess that this kind of stuff is there to fill time in his seven hour shows and its a shame because to those people, it makes him look like a crackpot, conspiracy theorist.
Its interesting what he says about current/future events such as ISIS and World War 3. I'm not saying I believe he is 100% right (far from it) but "there is some thing in it" for thinking about. Take a look if you haven't already:

Ickes theory is not as good as the rest you buffoon.
"Science" has a theory which is a best guess based on hundreds of years of cumulative study by some of the cleverest people that have ever lived. They have studied every available aspect relentlessly. Enormous resources have been expended to learn all there is to know about the moon and the wider general cosmos. When all of the collective knowledge is collated a theory is devised based upon the evidence. It is not claimed to be fact - but a reasonable conclusion based upon the evidence, and of course science is always open to new learning being able to change that conclusion.
Icke on the other hand claims that the moon was created by aliens, and is actually an ancient interstellar space craft. His justification for this theory is simple, and his scientific rigour is relentless.
Yes that is correct - his pulled it out of his ass. No evidence whatsoever.
