Very Large Adult Image Host For Sale - Current Alexa Around 20 k.
Current Earnings Of $500 - $600 + Per Month. Averaging around 20,000 visitors per day.

Some 1000 Images are uploaded daily by users on the public galleries (one day`s worth of uploads equates to some 50 pages. 20 Images per page).
Over 7000 pages are hosted (over 150,000 images).
Absolutely no paid promotion or work is carried out to achive the above numbers.
With promotion, I believe the image host could comfortably be Alexa sub 10 k and I think 5 k is a very reachable target.
Only time currently spent on the site is quickly scanning thru the images so to ensure all that is uploaded complies with the rules. As mentioned further above, no advertising has ever been done for the site, no incentives are offered to the many uploaders and nothing has ever been posted by us.
Revenue details - the sale of the ads (2 x 728 banner spots, 8 x 3 word textlinks and 2 longer textlinks) are all deals set-up with clients direct.
No other ad companies were used to fulfil these ads as we handle all advertising ourself however much improved rates maybe available simply by carrying out some tests.
Adding a pop or layer ad would increase the revenue even further.

I reserve the right not to sell the site if I feel the offers are not in line with what I value the site at.
One requirement I do have is that I require the existing ads be kept on the site for the next 35 days.
