True, but so does pinterest and a ton of sites like it. TGPs are mainly built on tradescripts where - more often than not in these days - you click something and get to a page that's not what you expected = you were skimmed.
This causes bounce rates to increase and time on site to decrease and in turn, SE's will notice this and rank you lower. So the owners starts to add a million pops and ads to make up for that loss. This just makes it worse and eventually the big G will just de-index the site.
No unique content.
Lots of ads and pops.
Skimming visitors.
Those 3 together will not give you good results with search engines. I'm not saying it's a bad way to do business, just don't bet on SE's providing you traffic.
