Almost entirely piracy. I am fairly certain they have no active repeat infringer policy in place either - that if companies are submitting DMCAs to the same submitter, after 2 or 3 strikes they arent killing the accounts and the videos inside of those accounts, they are doing as little as possible to remain compliant with the law, but in all likelihood they may not be compliant. :2cents
