"Due to recent events...." I wonder what that could be? Too many DMCAs? Sounds more like this scenario:

Someone was uploading 'user submitted' uploads day after day and some company (companies?) started noticing this and sent out DMCAs on a daily basis. But the vids would go right back up so the circle jerk continued until the legal rights owner got pissed and decided to sue. Possible?

If so, if anything like the above happened, then it's tick tick tick until ALL tube sites do the same thing.

Adapt or die indeed.
