It sounds legal (Im not a lawyer so who knows). Its on the uploader to ONLY upload vids THEY own, which Im sure will happen all the time, LOL
Great thing about the free market, you can agree to it, or go elsewhere
I wonder what the catalyst was. Must have been something big, it sure wasn't just "too many" DMCA requests.
