Design looks like it was pulled out of 1997, I spent 30 seconds looking for a signup link before i found it waay at the bottom of the page, likely due to bad css. Mysterious video on the front page in an flv player that wont stream or let me seek. Help pages, TOS, and Privacy Policy all 'under construction'. I was half expecting to see those animated siren gifs on these pages.
You've got alot of work to do here before this is any decent, but good luck because you seem to have ambition.
