well i cant say much about how to get signups since im relatively new to the adult marketing world. however i did shoot some scenes back when i was 19 and in costa rica, i got real girls with real stories but they were eyecandy.
since ive been more of a porn viewer i can let you know what would catch my eye
1. your page design is .... well it could use some major touchups, change the fonts, the blueline paper bg would make me think the site is themed to "schoolgirl" content, since its more like "dirty street girl that needs money for crack" put up a road sign, get a designer to make a new logo for you, road sign, something street related but that at the same time looks good.
2. the models... well, reality porn is the "in thing", but if its too real then it might not sell as much... remember ur trying to tap into the viewers fantasy, honestly not many people are into that type of girls (though i know a few nasty people that are).... to me good skin is important in porn... i could look and amputees getting slammed but they still have to be cute, the chest on that lady on "April 17, 2008" just that would make me close out the link and never again go to that page.
it is a good concept, still uve got to remember what the client wants and if u really want to have people signing in try and get better models and put those on the front page. ... think of it this way, people dont want to fantasize about what they can get, they want to fantasize about what they think they could never get.

I don't know this guy but I'll gladly give you a bit of serious advice if you're honestly looking for it.
You have far too many traffic leaks and no serious webmaster would ever send traffic to that. There are quite big ebony amateur sites who can push a lot of traffic out there so fixing that problem and adding a CCbill affiliate program is an idea you should consider.
You gotta get straight to the point. Don't give them too many chances to get away from signing up. The main idea is to sell and if you allow the visitors to float around for too long chances are they might lose interest and leave. You gotta light the fire and wheel them in. Tease, tease, tease... all the time
