I could be wrong but the usually want to see past videos to determine it doesnt violate shit like incest, rape, under age, animal etc...
Your content may be checked periodically after that but they only require a password to view it not to record or reuse it.
Everyone with a site that processes has to submit their content and often has their descriptions crawled to make sure you are in compliance.
