Technology, you need to have the right people to use that Technology.
Egypt had the top Russian weapons and planes in the 60's-70's and bigger army, yet they had their asses handed to them over and over again.
and in the last few months look at Iraq, they been given top technology, and yet they couldn't handle ISIS , and just surrendered when being attacked.
Arabs can only fight Guerrilla style, hide in mountains, caves, tunnels, hospitals, schools etc.
