I finally got a refund of $80 yesterday on a .xxx domain they fucked up on a few months back (they credit rather than refund by default, and part was used to pay for 2 normal registrations). To the wrong paypal address
Looking forward to seeing how that pans out, it only took about 6 emails and approx 3 months to sort that out so far...
