Yes, there is no place where he can't be killed by a bad ass squirrel. Those worse countries are a different thing, as they are not next to his country. And none of them poses any direct threat to Ukraine (I suppose he is from Ukraine), besides some fallout, if that comes to that.
Everybody have their own problems. Some jihadists have probably not even heard about Ukraine, just about the evil USA, so that's your problem, not this. But what comes to Putin, he is about 8000 km more near to Putin than you are. Come tad closer, it's easy to say from there.
