    Is this proper English?

    i'm suck at engrish... but... this headline on the front page of cnn, at least according to my book, is wrong:

    "Tornadoes kill least 21, ripping across South"

    or am i wrong?

      Just needs an "at" before 'least' and it's proper.

      "Tornadoes kill AT least 21, ripping across South" in reference to the Southeastern US which got rocked by twisters today.

                                  its kinda wrong but i think its the way how they put the news is...i mean headlines should be catchy and sure is they catch your attention...
