Hell, even Joseph Stalin said as much when he spoke of never trusting a stateless people and accordingly cast his affirmative United Nations vote for the creation of a Jewish state.

Moreover were it not for the consequences of several failed Arab invasions, Israel today would be a much smaller country.

Having said all this however, I fully agree that what's happening in Gaza today is nothing less than obscene.

I wish there was a viable solution, but I'll be damned if I know what it is.
