i tried to contact his host, icertified, and they told me i must have identification of the work and i must have electronic signature, and it is something i dont have, all is just written on the site, but they cannot find out who was faster, as i dont have any proof of that. just dates, which can be changed of course ... so, dmca notices cant help nothing here
