you think the real truth is that there is some conspiracy... that US government is "playing" with the GPS in that region in order to frame Russian soldiers, eh?
there are 100s of reports from people in that region confirming that their GPS receivers are not working correctly, eh? oh, wait, there aren't any...
... and besides even if US government was indeed messing with the GPS... there is this other system called GLONASS (most phones support both GPS + GLONASS), which would show the correct location...
