If you want solid, long term link weight, the yahoo link directory is one of VERY FEW places where you can do so. While i don't utilize inclusion services and add my sites to it, i do actively buy sites who have been listed there for a couple years, and their link power, juice or weight (as you want to call it) is very strong.
There is not many domains out there that can offer a link like that, and I mean longterm links, not a pay today, celebrate tomorrow type scenario.
